The short version: the kit runs entirely inside your own Claude account. It makes no network calls, collects nothing, and sends no data to Moai Loops. Your practice details and your clients' information stay in your Claude session and your local files.
What the kit is
The Accountant Cowork Kit is a downloadable bundle of Markdown files — skills, a profile template, and examples — that you run inside Claude. It is content, not a service: there is no server, no account with Moai Loops, and nothing that phones home.
Data you put in
- Your practice profile and the briefs you write are processed by Claude, in your own Claude account, under Anthropic's terms and privacy policy.
- None of it is transmitted to Moai Loops. The skills contain no analytics, no tracking, and make no network requests.
- Any drafts you save live in your own files, on your own machine or Claude workspace.
What Moai Loops collects
Nothing, through the product. If you email us or buy through our store, that provider (e.g. Gumroad, or your email) handles that interaction under its own terms; we see only what you send us directly. The product itself sends us no usage data of any kind.
Your clients' information
You are the data controller for anything you paste in. The kit's guard is built to keep client identifiers (SSNs, EINs, account and notice numbers) masked in its output — but you remain responsible for how you handle client data and for reviewing every draft before it is sent.
